Lo Yerba Mate Canarias, come tutto il mate uruguaiano, è costituito principalmente da polvere con foglie molto piccole e tagliate, senza steli.
È un prodotto ottenuto da una selezione di foglie di yerba mate provenienti da alberi situati in regioni forestali autoctone e raccolte da una gestione agricola sostenibile che rispetta le condizioni naturali dell'ambiente.
Nella fase del processo industriale, l'obiettivo è preservare ed evidenziare le nobili caratteristiche della foglia di yerba mate attraverso un tempo di conservazione più lungo, una macinatura tanto uniforme quanto equilibrata e un blend ottimale valutato da esperti assaggiatori.
Il risultato è una yerba mate con un aroma fine, leggermente affumicato e un sapore moderatamente intenso e uniforme che perdura durante il tempo di infusione.
Prodotto 100% naturale senza aggiunte artificiali di conservanti o altri prodotti chimici.
Le foglie degli alberi di yerba mate utilizzati per fare le Canarie provengono dagli stati di Santa Catarina, Paraná e Rio Grande Do Sul in Brasile.
