- Antioxidant compounds: carotene, fatty acids, chlorophyll, flavonols, polyphenols, inositol;
- 24 vitamins: in particular a, c, e, b1 (thiamine), b2 (riboflavin), b3 (niacin), b5 (pantothenic acid), b6 (pyridoxine) and j (choline);
