Refund policy
For the item to be eligible for return, it must be intact and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Returns are excluded for several types of goods. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items for which returns are excluded:
* Damaged products. All our products are shipped in new and absolutely undamaged condition, so any damage done to the product after delivery of the product will not be accepted.
* Any type of Bombilla if already used.
* Gift Certificates.
* Some health and personal care items.
* London dry gin once the state excise seal is removed.
For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In some cases, only partial refunds are given (if applicable):
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing due to causes beyond our control.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
It is possible to request a return, a link will be provided to the customer with which he/she can independently book the pickup of our courier. The return has a cost of 6€ charged to the customer.
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card or payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally recorded.
Then contact your bank. There are often processing times involved in registering a refund.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only full-price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at lollo.d.11@gmail.com
COSTS
Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
