What is Burrito ?

Mint verbena is a type of verbena native to South America with long, thin leaves that have a minty, chlorophyll-like taste. The Latin name is aloysia polystachya , this herb is called “burrito” in Spanish. It is used in traditional herbal medicine to speed up digestion and is also supposed to have antidepressant properties.

What is Katuava ?
It is a small plant, psidium cinereum , belonging to the myrtaceae family. Originally from Brazil, it is a common ingredient in yerba mate blends and the dried parts of this plant are used and not the bark.
